We are happy to announce that our 2028 World Cruise waitlist is now open exclusively to our 2025, 2026 and 2027 World Cruise guests – and there’s plenty to entice your clients. At 150 nights, this World Cruise, Treasures of the Tides, is the longest we’ve ever hosted, and it’s our first full circumnavigation of the globe since our relaunch. Plus, Crystal Symphony will be taking her turn as guests’ elegant home away from home on this truly international odyssey.

And that’s not all. From the Americas to Australasia, the South Pacific to Southeast Asia, plus a bucket-list crossing of the Panama Canal, Treasures of the Tides will take your clients on an epic loop around the world, with memorable excursions in every destination and exclusive events onboard.

To show our appreciation, we are offering guests sailing with us on the 2025 World Cruise, or booked for the 2026 and/or 2027 World Cruises, the opportunity to waitlist their preferred suite with priority. Just be sure they book by May 22, 2025.

There is also no immediate deposit payable to join the waitlist if they are sailing on the 2025 World Cruise. Guests booked on 2026 or 2027 World Cruise can join the waitlist upon paying a deposit of USD $1,000 per suite. Plus, Crystal Society members receive a 5% saving until September 30, 2025.

Benefits are available exclusively to guests who have booked the full 2028 World Cruise aboard Crystal Serenity, embarking on January 11, 2028. These benefits do not apply to guests who book individual or back-to-back segments of the World Cruise.
Crystal Society members, or past guests of Crystal, who book the 2028 World Cruise on or before September 30, 2025, will receive an additional 2.5% savings on top of their standard 2.5% loyalty discount, for a total savings of 5% towards the total cruise-only fare.
Guests who choose to purchase airfare through Crystal will receive an airfare allowance toward the cost of their flights as follows:
• Up to $2,000 USD per person for guests booked on the 150-day cruise option
• Up to $3,000 USD per person for guests booked on the 136-day cruise option
Alternatively, guests who choose to make their own air travel arrangements will receive an air credit in the following amounts, which will be applied towards their cruise-only fare:
• $1,000 USD per person for the 150-day cruise option
• $1,500 USD per person for the 136-day cruise option
Both the airfare allowance and the air credit are applied per person, are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for any other services or benefits. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion.
Each guest will receive an “As You Wish” shipboard credit of 1,500 USD per person. The “As You Wish” shipboard credit is non-refundable, non-commissionable, and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, sold, or redeemed for cash. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the credit. The credit cannot be used for casino charges, gratuities, or payments towards the crew fund.
Private transfers to and from the airport and hotel will be provided for all guests. Guests residing within 50 miles of Fort Lauderdale will receive a private transfer from their home to the pier.
The luggage valet service includes shipping up to two (2) pieces of luggage per person and up to four (4) pieces per guest room or suite. The service includes shipping from the guest’s home to the ship, and from the ship to the guest’s home. The luggage valet services are available in the US, Canada, Europe, and the UK. In the event that this service is unavailable, Crystal reserves the right to offer a credit as a substitute.
Complimentary laundry and pressing are provided with second-day service (returned within 24–48 hours) and do not include dry cleaning.
The complimentary initial onboard medical visit includes the consultation only and does not cover medications, extended treatment, any shoreside medical services or routine exams such as physicals.
